Fall 2014! Time for the first annual Astoria Stitchfest. Workshops with experts, time to relax and share ideas with fellow knitters and crocheters, quaint places to eat, great views of the mighty Columbia River.
Join us Friday afternoon, October 10, for the national 'I Love Yarn' day. Later, at 6 p.m., meet us at the Baked Alaska Restaurant for a StitchFeast which will include dinner, book signings and a fashion show. Dinner will be a three-course meal including a choice of a seafood, meat, vegetarian or vegan entrée, no host bar and for dessert, what else! Baked Alaska. The Baked Alaska, where the only thing they overlook is the Columbia River, is on the riverfront next to the Columbia River Pilots' Station. The cost of the dinner, book signings and fashion show is $50 including gratuity and non-alcoholic drinks.
Cancellations made before Sept. 1, 2014, will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued after Sept. 1, 2014, unless your place is filled before Oct. 1, 2014, from a wait list for that particular class. However, the $25 cancellation fee will still be applied.
Cancellation of StitchFeast, the fashion show and book signing, may be made before Oct. 1, 2014, for a full refund.
